This BW will focus on early learners, specifically ages 5-7. .
Our curriculum will incorporate hands-on activities, games, and interactive storytelling to make learning about business fun and engaging for young teammates. The goal is to develop an early understanding of business concepts while fostering creativity and problem-solving skills.
Phase 1
After-School
In the first phase of Ashlyn's Business Works, we’re excited to introduce an engaging after-school program that bridges traditional education with real-world business insights. This phase serves as a transition into our full-time curriculum, offering students the opportunity to explore entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and critical thinking outside of regular school hours. Through hands-on projects, simulations, and interactive learning, students will get a taste of what it’s like to run a business while strengthening their academic skills. Phase 1 is designed to spark curiosity, build foundational knowledge, and prepare students for a full-time immersive experience in the near future.

Full-Time Immersive Program
In Phase 2, Ashlyn's BW Team transitions into a full-time, immersive learning experience. Teammates will engage in a well-rounded curriculum that combines core academic subjects with hands-on business and entrepreneurial education. This phase is designed to foster creativity, critical thinking, and real-world problem-solving skills. Through daily interactive lessons, business simulations, and collaborative projects, students will fully immerse themselves in both traditional academics and practical business operations. Our full-time program empowers students to gain deeper insights into how businesses work, preparing them to thrive as future innovators and leaders.
