Required Qualifications:

1. Educational Background:

   • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business, Child Development, or a related field.

   • Master's Degree in Educational Administration or Leadership is highly preferred but not required immediately. We value experience and commitment, and we are willing to work with candidates who are in the process of obtaining their degree or certification.

   • For those without a Master’s, a written plan toward certification in educational leadership or administration within five years is acceptable.

2. Professional Development & Certification:

   • State Certification in educational administration or leadership is ideal but not required for guides immediately. However, guides should be willing to pursue professional development and eventually obtain certification to support school accreditation.

   • Guides must have a strong commitment to continuous professional development, with evidence of participation in educational workshops, conferences, or training programs relevant to their role.

Experience & Skills.

1. Experience in Teaching or Mentorship:

   • At least 2-3 years of teaching or professional mentorship in an educational setting is preferred.

   • Experience in hands-on learning environments or project-based learning models is highly desirable.

2. Leadership and Management:

   • Guides will play a key role in administrative tasks, so experience in leadership roles, team management, or program development is an asset.

   • Ability to collaborate with colleagues in curriculum development, lesson planning, and student evaluation.

3. Entrepreneurial Mindset:

   • Our program focuses on teaching real-world business skills, so we seek guides with a passion for entrepreneurship or experience in the business sector.

   • Strong interest in guiding students in business-related projects and activities.

Compensation & Benefits.

• Daily Rate: $250/day, with opportunities for bonuses and professional development support.

• Flexible Schedule: Part-time and full-time positions available.
